Senior Communist Party Leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha Calls for Unity to Fulfill Martyrs' Dreams

Ramechhap. Senior leader of the Communist Party of Nepal, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, has stated that the dream of an egalitarian, just, and prosperous Nepal shown by the martyrs of the Doramba massacre has not yet been fulfilled, and all revolutionary forces must unite and struggle to realize it.

Speaking at a program organized on the occasion of the Doramba massacre memorial day, Shrestha paid tribute to the martyrs who were arrested and brutally murdered by the state while peace talks were ongoing. He stated that it is due to the sacrifice of the martyrs that federal democratic republic has been established in the country, inclusive democracy has been institutionalized, and historic political change has been possible.
