Non-Life Insurance Companies See Significant Profit Decline in FY 2082/83

Kathmandu. The net profit of non-life insurance companies in the financial year 2082/83 has seen a sharp decline. In the last financial year, the overall profit of non-life insurance companies has fallen by approximately 39.21 percent compared to the previous financial year.
According to the financial statements published by 14 non-life insurance companies, these companies have earned a total net profit of 2 billion 791.5 million rupees in the financial year 2082/83. In the previous financial year, the total profit of these companies was 4 billion 592.2 million rupees.
