Editor Kishore Shrestha's Habeas Corpus Petition Scheduled for Hearing

Kathmandu. A habeas corpus petition filed by Janastha weekly's chief editor Kishore Shrestha, who is in custody on charges of violating personal privacy, has been scheduled for hearing. The habeas corpus writ of Shrestha has been scheduled for hearing in the joint bench of Supreme Court Justices Nahakul Subedi and Balkrishna Dhakal.

Previously, on Shrawan 29, Justice Dhakal's single bench had ordered journalist Shrestha and his seized belongings to be presented in court on Bhadra 1.
