Butwal. Lumbini Province Assembly registered seven bills in the fiscal year 2082/83, but enacted only three new provincial laws.< /p>

According to the Province Assembly Secretariat, two bills registered in the last fiscal year are still under consideration. Of the five passed, three new laws have been enacted as only two were annual financial bills.< /p>
