Kathmandu. A 3-day youth conference held in Kathmandu has demanded that at least two 'Climate Champions' be appointed in all local levels of the country. The conference has put forward the demand to start ensuring policy arrangements for meaningful participation of children and youth in climate change decision-making processes from the local level itself.
