Nepal Electricity Authority Profit Decreases in FY 2082/83

Kathmandu. The profit of Nepal Electricity Authority has decreased in the fiscal year 2082/83. The financial report made public on the 41st anniversary of the Authority showed this. According to the financial report of the fiscal year 2082/83, the authority's net profit has decreased by 3 billion 87 crore rupees compared to the previous fiscal year. In the last fiscal year, the authority earned a net profit of only 5 billion 4 crore rupees. In the previous fiscal year 2081/82, the authority's net profit was 8 billion 91 crore rupees.

The authority's profit has been continuously decreasing compared to previous years. In the fiscal year 2080/81, the authority earned a profit of 13 billion 31 crore rupees.
