Speaker Rules Against Leaflet Display in Parliament

Kathmandu. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has stated that displaying leaflets in the House of Representatives meeting is not in accordance with the law and regulations. After the MPs of the Shram Sanskriti Party came forward and stood up, showing leaflets and demonstrating,

"Showing leaflets in the house is not allowed by our laws and regulations," said Speaker Aryal, "There are various styles of protest. I order you to protest while maintaining decorum. From now on, please protest while maintaining decorum."
