Fugitive Arrested in Banking Offense Case

Kathmandu. Prashantram Nakermi, 52, of Indrawati Rural Municipality-4, Sindhupalchok, who was absconding in a banking offense case, has been arrested. Police dispatched from Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, Teku, arrested him today from Teku, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-12.

The District Court Kathmandu had on last December 10 ordered him to pay a fine of Rs 7 lakh and serve five days in jail in the said case. The Central Police News Room stated that Nakermi has been presented before the District Court Kathmandu for the execution of the verdict.
