Supreme Court Refuses Interim Order Against Dissolution of Civil Servant Unions

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order on the writ petition filed against the dissolution of professional organizations and trade unions of civil servants.

The constitutional bench comprising Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Justices Dr. Nahkul Subedi, Binod Sharma, Abdul Aziz Musalman, and Mahesh Sharma Paudel, refused to continue the short-term interim order previously issued in the writ filed by Nepal Civil Service Organization Chairman Bhawani Dahal and others.
