Nepali Congress Begins Preparations for 15th General Convention

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress has formally started preparations for its 15th General Convention. The party had already decided to organize the 15th General Convention in Kathmandu on October 16, 17, 18, and 19. Currently, Congress has started necessary arrangements to inaugurate the General Convention at the National Convention Hall in Exhibition Road. Accordingly, the acting chief secretary of the Nepali Congress central office, Krishnaprasad Dulal, wrote a letter to the chief of the National Convention Hall on Tuesday, requesting the hall to be made available for 6 days from October 15 to October 20. The party has requested the exhibition hall, lobby, parking lot, and garden of the National Convention Hall to be made available for the preparation, management, and program operation of the General Convention. The letter states, 'The party believes that necessary cooperation, coordination, and facilitation will be received from your office for the successful and organized organization of an important national political program like the General Convention.'
