Prime Minister Balen Shah to Address UN General Assembly on Climate Justice and Compensation

Kathmandu. Widespread interest has been sparked by Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) attending the 81st session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in America. Not only is this his first foreign trip as Prime Minister, but it also comes at a time when the country has recently suffered greatly from natural disasters, and Nepal has been raising its voice for compensation for the damage caused by those disasters due to climate change, making his address at the UN a topic of interest.
