U.S. govt assigns Megan Bouldin as Acting Chargé d’Affaires to Nepal

Kathmandu, Sept 8: The U.S. Embassy in Nepal has welcomed Megan Bouldin to Kathmandu, where she will serve as Chargé d’Affaires for the next few months, providing surge leadership during Nepal’s ongoing flood response and recovery efforts.

Ms. Bouldin will work alongside Deputy Chief of Mission Scott Urbom to lead the Embassy’s initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting U.S. citizens affected by the recent floods while strengthening coordination with the Government of Nepal and humanitarian partners.
