China's Exports and Imports Surge in August Amidst Global AI Boom

Kathmandu. China's imports and exports have increased significantly in August. Chinese trade has gained momentum with the global expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, increasing demand for technology-related goods such as semiconductors and computing hardware.

According to the General Administration of Customs, China's exports increased by 25 percent in August. This growth was 23.9 percent in July. Imports also increased by 28.2 percent. This is higher than July's 27.5 percent.
