Ministry Forms Committee to Protect and Manage Trust Land in Janakpur

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation has formed a nine-member implementation committee to protect trust land, including the Ramjanki Temple in Dhanusha, and remove encroachments within the greater Janakpur area.

The ministry has formed the committee today to expedite the implementation of previously prepared reports for the protection and management of ponds, pond banks, the Ramjanki Temple, and other major monasteries and trust lands within the Janakpur sub-metropolitan city under the greater Janakpur area.
