Lumbini Province Government Withdraws Bill to Amend Local Body Perks Act

Butwal. The Lumbini Province government has decided to withdraw the bill to amend the Local Body Office Bearers and Members Perks Act, 2076 from the Province Assembly. The decision was taken on Wednesday at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya.

Government spokesperson and Health Minister Ramji Prasad Ghimire informed that the meeting decided to withdraw the bill to amend the Local Body Office Bearers and Members Perks Act, 2076 from the Province Assembly.
