NKorea hails Russia bridge

Seoul, Sept. 9: North Korea called the first road bridge across its narrow border with Russia a concrete sign of tightening bonds, state media reported Tuesday, as Pyongyang gains advantages from its powerful neighbours Moscow and Beijing.
