Pokhara Mayor Dhanraj Acharya Discusses One Year Since Genji Movement and Reconstruction Efforts

Pokhara. When the Genji movement occurred, Pokhara Mayor Dhanraj Acharya was in Dubai for a program of Kaski Adarsh Samaj. He had a ticket to return to Nepal on the day of the movement.

As the movement intensified in Nepal, he was on a plane. While he was traveling by plane, the Pokhara Metropolitan City building burned down. All structures inside the building were burned. Vehicles, documents, everything turned to ash.
