'As per public desire, His Majesty will receive good wishes and greetings at a ceremony organized at Nirmal Niwas,' stated the press release issued by Pathak, 'Nirmal Niwas will remain open for all well-wishers, the public, organizations, and all citizens on Asar 23 from 11 AM to 2 PM.'
