Government allows any-brand LPG cylinder exchange in Kathmandu, warns of action over artificial shortages

Kathmandu Valley is facing a severe shortage of cooking LPG gas after recent floods disrupted the supply system. The government, however, says it has made alternative arrangements to ensure adequate supply.
