National Disaster Risk Reduction Authority Executive Chief Highlights Coordination and Challenges

Kathmandu. National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority Executive Chief Dharmaraj Upreti said that work is being coordinated with local and provincial governments in post-flood rescue, relief, and reconstruction. Upreti said this while responding to questions raised by members of parliament during a meeting of the Finance Committee under the Federal Parliament on Wednesday.

He spoke about the authority's role in disaster management, lack of resources, and future challenges. He said that coordination with local and provincial governments has been established.
