Bhotekoshi floods: PM begins discussions with chiefs of all security agencies

Kathmandu, Sept 9: Prime Minister Balendra Shah has begun a high-level discussion with the chiefs of all three security agencies on the situation following the devastating flash floods that struck the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli river systems on August 26.
