Health Insurance Board Mandates KYC Update for Renewal

Kathmandu. The Health Insurance Board has made updating the customer identification of all family members mandatory to make the insurance renewal service more organized, transparent, and technology-friendly.

Issuing a notice today, Wednesday, the board has stopped the facility of directly renewing health insurance through electronic means such as Connect IPS, eSewa, Khalti, etc., which were used in the past.
