The Federal Parliament Secretariat has clarified that although an application was filed at the Federal Parliament Secretariat demanding the registration of an impeachment motion against Supreme Court Justice Kumar Regmi and Chief Commissioner of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority Prem Kumar Rai, it has not been legally registered.< /p>

A few weeks ago, citizen Shankar Rajak had submitted an application to the secretariat demanding that Justice Regmi and Chief Commissioner Rai be impeached.< /p>
