NA passes Bill relating to revival of previous provisions of Nepal Special Service Act

Kathmandu, Sept 10: The National Assembly (NA) today unanimously passed the “Bill relating to the revival of former provisions of the Nepal Service Act, 2042 BS”.

The upper house session accepted a proposal towards that end put forth by Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gatuam. Minister Gautam, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, proposed the session to pass the Bill.
