HoR meeting: Concern over a woman's financial crisis leading to childbirth on footpath

Kathmandu, Sept 10: Members of the House of Representatives (HoR) have drawn attention of the government towards a woman's compulsion to give birth to a child on a footpath in front of hospital. She was reported to have no money for managing delivery at the health facility in Rajbiraj, Saptari.
