Court Orders Release of Main Accused on Bail, Others on Bail in Child Abuse Case

Kathmandu. The Bara District Court has ordered the main accused in the case of kidnapping, rape, and murder of a 3-year-old girl, Progesh Chaudhary (Puragresh Chaudhary), to be released on a bail of Rs. 20,000 and ordered the release of 9 other accused on general bail.

The single bench of Bara District Court Judge Prakash Kumar Adhikari ordered the main accused to be released on bail and the other 9 accused to be released on general bail.
