9 Dead in Road Accident in India's Bhandara District

Kathmandu. 9 people from Chhattisgarh have died in a road accident in Bhandara district of Maharashtra, India. Many others were injured in this accident that happened on Friday on the Raipur-Nagpur National Highway, some of whom are in serious condition.

According to Kabirdham District Superintendent of Police Jitendra Yadav, people traveling in a Bolero vehicle from Kabirdham district of Chhattisgarh were going to Nagpur to participate in the Pola-Teeja festival. During this, their vehicle (truck) collided near Mundipar on the Sakoli-Lakhani route under National Highway-53.
