MP Harka Raj Rai Demands Removal from Parliament or PM's Presence

Kathmandu. Labor Culture Party Chairman and MP Harkaraj Rai has demanded to be removed from the meeting in accordance with Rule 31, Sub-rule (1) of the House of Representatives Regulations 2079.

As soon as the House of Representatives meeting started, Rai stood up from his seat and showed a placard in protest. Then Speaker Dolprasad Aryal gave him time to speak.
