Sampang boycotts HoR meeting, accuses Speaker of failing to issue ruling over PM Shah’s absence

KATHMANDU, May 27: Shram Sanskriti Party Chair Harka Raj Rai Sampang boycotted Wednesday’s House of Representatives (HoR) meeting, accusing the Speaker of failing to issue a ruling to ensure Prime Minister Balendra Shah’s presence in the House.
