Minister Paudel Commits to Himalayan Conservation and Sustainable Tourism

Kathmandu. Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Khadakraj Paudel has stated that the government is fully committed to the conservation of the Himalayas, the safety of mountaineers, and the promotion of sustainable tourism. Addressing the 'Everest Summiters Summit 2024' in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Minister Paudel mentioned that the conservation of the Himalayan region is not just Nepal's but a shared global responsibility.

Minister Paudel praised the courage and determination of the Sagarmatha climbers. He depicted the 'Presidential Breakfast' organized during the summit and the oath-taking ceremony of the climbers as symbols of national pride and responsibility.
