Flood Forecasting Department Predicts Significant Rise in River Levels

Kathmandu. According to the forecast bulletin issued by the Flood Forecasting Department on Saturday morning, the flow of Koshi, Narayani, Bagmati, Karnali, Mahakali, Kankai, Kamala, Babai, and Eastern and Western Rapti rivers is below the alert level.

According to the forecast, the water level in Koshi and Narayani river basins, including Saptakoshi, Tamor, Arun, Dudhkoshi, Tamakoshi, Sun Koshi, Narayani, Trishuli, Budhigandaki, Marsyangdi, Seti, and Kaligandaki rivers, will significantly increase for the next three days starting today.
