Man Arrested in Dhading with Gold and Silver Ornaments Washed Away by Trishuli River Flood

Dhading. Police have taken one person into custody from Dhading with gold and silver ornaments washed away by the floodwaters of the Trishuli River. The arrested person is 35-year-old Rambahadur Tamang, a resident of Banchhetar, Gajuir Rural Municipality-6, Dhading.

According to the District Police Office, Dhading, the house of Lilabahadur Bogati, a resident of Trishuli Bazaar, Bidur Municipality-1, Nuwakot, was swept away by a sudden flood in the Trishuli River via the Bhote Koshi River in Rasuwa on August 27. Tamang found the gold ornaments that were swept away with the house on August 28.
