Philippines Ferry Fire Death Toll Reaches 76, 13 Missing

Kathmandu. The death toll in the fire that broke out on a ship in the waters of the tourist area Palawan province of the Philippines on Wednesday has reached 76 on Saturday, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has stated. 13 people affected by the incident are still missing.

According to the PCG, 41 more bodies were found on Saturday, bringing the total confirmed death toll to 76. 43 people affected by the accident were rescued safely.
