Gauashala Police Station Reconstructed After Arson During Gen Z Protest

Kathmandu. The office of the Police Circle, Gauashala, which was vandalized during the Gen Z protest, has been completed in one year. On Sunday, Inspector General of Police Dan Bahadur Karki inaugurated the reconstructed building of the Police Circle, Gauashala.

Inaugurating the reconstructed office and barrack building in Gauashala, Kathmandu, IGP Dan Bahadur Karki stated that the reconstruction of 452 police offices damaged during the Gen Z movement has been completed. Mentioning that most of the structures were built in collaboration with the community, Karki said, 'Along with the reconstruction of police structures, the relationship between the community and Nepal Police has also been rebuilt.'
