Makwanpur. The government is going to establish a 25 MW green hydrogen plant in Hetauda.
On Friday, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle announced in the budget speech for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84 that the construction of the plant will be started to begin commercial production of green hydrogen.
