Woman's Husband and Son Missing After Rasuwa Flood

Butwal. Sarita Suti Magar, 43, of Shitalnagar, Rampur Municipality-7, Palpa, has been experiencing one tragedy after another for the past four years. Having lost her daughter four years ago, she tried to cope by focusing on her husband and son. Before she could recover from the grief of losing her daughter, she is now suffering from the pain of her husband and son, who were her support system, going missing.

Following the severe flood in Rasuwa on Bhadra 10, Sarita's husband, 47-year-old Yuvraj 'Ramu' Suti, and son, 26-year-old Amrit Suti, have been out of contact. Sarita said that there has been no information so far about where they are or what their condition is. Nineteen days have passed since the flood, and with no trace of them, Sarita is in a state of hunger and thirst.
