607 tourists from 34 countries missing since Bhote Koshi floods

Kathmandu, Sept 15: Total 607 foreign tourists from 34 countries are still missing since the Bhote Koshi flash flood that struck Nepal on August 26.

Information officer at the Department of Tourism, Suraj Ghimire, informed RSS that 607 foreign tourists, who were travelling to Kailash Mansarovar, Tibet and Gosaikunda, Mustang on the occasion of Janai Purnima festival are unaccounted for since the disaster.
