Voter List Bill Amendment 2082 Passed by House of Representatives

Kathmandu. The Voter List Bill Amendment 2082 has been passed by the House of Representatives meeting. The bill, which came passed with amendments from the National Assembly, was passed by majority in the House of Representatives.

During the passage of the bill, opposition parties Nepali Congress, CPN UML, Nepali Communist Party, Labour Culture Party, and Rastriya Prajatantra Party surrounded the well. However, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal passed the bill with the majority strength of the Rastriya Swatantra Party.
