India's GDP Projected to Grow 7.7% in FY 2025/26

New Delhi. India's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the financial year 2025/26 (April 2025–March 2026) is estimated to grow by 7.7 percent. The government data released on Friday stated that the economic growth was 7.1 percent in the previous financial year 2024/25.

Amidst the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, data shows that India's economy grew by 7.8 percent in the January–March period.
