Youth Washes Away in Daraundi River While Attending Funeral Rites

Gorkha. A youth from Gorkha, who had gone for funeral rites, has gone missing after being swept away in the Daraundi River. Shumsher Nepali, 40, from Jhyawa, who had gone for funeral rites at Talaphute Ghat of Ajirkot Rural Municipality-4, went missing after being swept away by the Daraundi River.

His search has been ongoing since Thursday afternoon at 1:00 PM, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajkumar Shrestha of the District Police Office Gorkha.
