Nepal Telecom Launches Online Service for Lost/Damaged SIM Replacement

Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom's SIM card (physical or e-SIM) if lost or damaged, now through online, by filling in the necessary details, it will be possible to easily get a new SIM. Nepal Telecom has launched this service from Shrawan 1, 2083.

To get a new physical or e-SIM in place of a lost or damaged SIM card, service recipients will have to log in to esim.ntc.net.np. Telecom has informed that after clicking on 'Apply for Lost/Damaged SIM' there and registering according to the given instructions, the necessary details should be provided.
