Heavy to Very Heavy Rainfall Expected Across Nepal

Kathmandu. The Meteorological Forecasting Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has issued a special monsoon bulletin on Saturday, forecasting heavy to very heavy rainfall in various parts of the country for the next two days.

Currently, monsoon winds are affecting the entire country, and the low-pressure line of the monsoon has shifted near the Terai region of Nepal, leading to an increase in monsoon activity, according to the division's assessment.
