CPN-UML to Wait for Party Directive on Bagmati Government Resignation

Hetauda. The CPN-UML has concluded that it will not immediately resign from the Bagmati government. A meeting of the UML parliamentary party held in Koteshwor, Kathmandu, concluded that it will await a clear directive from the party regarding leaving the Bagmati government.

Madusudan Poudel, Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Forest and Environment for Bagmati Province, who participated in the meeting, said that they would not leave the government until a clear directive comes from the upper level of the party. He stated that the recent political developments and discussions about ministerial resignations were just rumors and that the party would await its directive.
