Minister Khanal holds telephone conversation with Venezuelan counterpart

Kathmandu, Aug. 29: Minister for Foreign Affairs Shisir Khanal on Saturday held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Venezuela Félix Plasencia.
