E-library to be established in Hetauda

The Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City has announced that an e-library will be operated in the sub-metropolis. It has been announced in the local government’s policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2083/84 (2026-27). It is said the facility named ‘City E-Library’ will be launched for the purpose of building a knowledge-based society.
