Kathmandu. Saudi Arabia has forcibly implemented the controversial Skill Certification Program (SVP) for Nepali workers.

Despite repeated requests from the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment and strong opposition from overseas employment entrepreneurs, Saudi Arabia has forcibly implemented the Skill Certification Program (SVP).
