Pokhara Metropolis Decides Rs 4.5 Million Aid for Bhote Koshi Flood Victims

Pokhara. Pokhara Metropolis has decided to provide financial assistance of Rs 4.5 million for those affected by the flood in the Bhote Koshi River. Mayor Dhanraj Acharya informed that the decision was made with the objective of assisting in the rescue, relief, and treatment of affected citizens during the time of disaster.

According to him, Pokhara Metropolis has mobilized a team of city police and health workers for rescue and treatment in the affected area. Acharya stated that a team of health workers, along with trained city police in disaster management, necessary rescue equipment, and an ambulance with primary treatment equipment, has been sent to the affected area.
