Observers say a growing trend of filming and confronting civil servants on camera for social media clicks is blurring the line between journalism and intimidation.

On June 21, a nine-minute video went viral on Nepal’s online community. It showed a heated altercation between a ward chair and a woman, who identified herself as a journalist. The confrontation escalated when the woman hit the ward chair.
