Rapti Academy of Health Sciences Starts Grievance Hearing for Good Governance and Transparency

Kathmandu. Rapti Academy of Health Sciences has started the work of listening to grievances with good governance and transparency in mind. The hospital director and associate professor of the academy, Dr. Suresh Rasaili, informed that the academy is moving forward to resolve the grievances placed by service recipients in the suggestion boxes placed at various locations to make the hospital's services efficient, prompt, and patient-friendly.

Rasaili said, 'We have taken steps to resolve the grievances of service recipients as much as possible. We have tried to resolve the complaints given by service recipients through suggestion boxes, phone, and messages.'
