Weather Forecast: Monsoon Influence Across Nepal with Potential for Heavy Rainfall

Kathmandu. Currently, the monsoon wind's influence is present across the country, the Meteorological Forecasting Division has stated. The monsoon low-pressure line is currently around the average position in the eastern part of Nepal and north of the average position in the western part of Nepal.

Due to this, Koshi, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces are currently experiencing general cloudiness. Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces' Terai regions have partial cloudiness. Light to moderate rainfall is occurring in some places in Bagmati province and in a few places in Koshi, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces.
